77. Using the Unconscious Mind to Create Change… | Becoming. Her Series with Natalie Barnett, EFT Practitioner
In this episode of Her.Unlocked Podcast, I have a heart-to-heart with my guest Natalie Barnett, who's not only a certified EFT practitioner but has also gone through the transformative journey of the anchored coaching certification program. We start off with great conversation about the magic of human design and how it's been a game-changer in understanding ourselves and enhancing our relationships, parenting included. Natalie opens up about her initial doubts and the excitement that grew as she explored the program, which is this incredible mix of NLP, EFT, and a bunch of other techniques.
We get into some serious talk about how our subconscious plays a huge role in changing our behavior, the tough bits about shifting our identity, and how amazing tools like tapping can be for letting go of emotional baggage and really growing as a person. To top it all off, we touch on the importance of being mindful every day, the sheer goodness of taking a break, and how embracing our worth and being grateful can be so empowering.
Empowering Question to Think About:
Who would you allow yourself to be if you knew that you were worthy of that?
