67. Social Health… How to Cultivate More Meaningful Relationships (Well-Being Series Part 6)

In this episode of Her.Unlocked Podcast we are wrapping up the Well-Being Series with talking about social well-being. Being in relationship matters, we are not meant to do life alone and also we don’t have the time, energy, or capacity for surface level relationships. I'm going to get real with you and suggest that we all take a good look at our relationships, keep those positive vibes flowing with the good ones, and don't be afraid to draw the line with any that might be bringing us down.I'll be sharing some of my own stories to highlight just how important it is to communicate on purpose, especially when it comes to marriage. And you know what? I'm throwing down a little challenge for us to step up our game in nurturing those connections.

Let's face it, making friends as grown-ups can be tough, right? But I'm here to say, let's embrace being vulnerable and put in that effort because it's so worth it. As we wrap up, I want to give you a little nudge to be intentional for your own personal growth and to really dive into becoming your next level. Let's do this together!

3 Powerful Questions to Reflect On:

  1. Who is in your circle of influence and how is each one impacting your life? (remember the + and - exercise mentioned)
  2. Which one can you be more purposeful with?
  3. What is one thing you can do today to be more purposeful in this relationship?
