So many set mindless resolutions and fall off even weeks into the new year, no shame here, because it's ok to change your mind and pivot, especially when it is no longer in line with how you want to show up in your life. 

Pivoting does not mean you failed, it means you are aligning and acknowledging what no longer serves you.
