59. Physical Health: Well-Being Series (Part 3)... Healthy Doesn’t Have to Be Hard | 4 Step Method for a Sustainable Healthy Lifestyle

In this episode of Her.Unlocked Podcast, I open up about my own journey to put my physical health first and share a little about my "Unlock Her" method that has helped me create sustainable ways to stick to my health goals. For a long time I was an “all or nothing” gal when it came to my health and fitness. In 2021, I approached my wellness journey in a different way with focusing on intention and mindset first. This was truly a catalyst of change for me. I know how crucial it is to embark on a journey of self-discovery, take radical responsibility for our lives, align our actions with our goals, and maintain an unwavering trust in ourselves. 

 

I talk about the significance of putting in consistent effort every day, doing the mental work, and being flexible with the inevitable changes life throws our way. I urge you to carve out your own health path, to ask yourself deep, reflective questions, and to pledge to make small, lasting changes. 

 

3 Powerful Questions to Reflect On: 

  1. What is your deeper why for the physical health goals you've set?
  2. What do you have capacity for in this season to meet those health goals? Is it realistic to what you can hold right now? 
  3. What is that one intentional behavior you can start to implement today that will move you 1% closer to the healthiest version of you physically that you're desiring to become?
